New England College has just launched a new Global Perspectives Scholarship for International Students, which provides $10,000 annually for a total of $40,000. In addition, most international students are eligible for additional merit scholarships, when added to the new Global Perspectives Scholarships, can range from $12,000-28,000 annually, leaving a cost of approximately $28,000 for tuition, room and board, and fees.
