On January 27th & 28th, the Embassy of Malaysia became the host for the 12th Washington International Education Conference. The conference was first established back in 2001, and has since sparked the interest of cultural and education attachés across the US. The annual event is hosted at different embassies in the nation’s capital, and our embassy was lucky enough to be the host on its 12th anniversary. Representatives from multiple universities and organizations were in attendance for the conference, as it is one of the leading conferences that allows the people in attendance to gain the latest information on international students and trends in education, and provides networking opportunities and strong friendships among the participating attendees.
