It’s no surprise that the event received a high number of response from students from all over the United States. The career fair, held annually by EMWDC, enables students to explore the possibilities in their future career paths, particularly for those students whose undergraduate/graduate studies are coming to a close. This opportunity serves as a guidance for students to weigh out the opportunities in the work place once they have completed their studies. Among the companies that participated in the 2014 Career Fair includes EPF, Maybank, Iskandar Malaysia, Strand Aerospace, Khazanah Malaysia and Telekom Malaysia. Selected students also had the opportunity to be interviewed by employers to discuss potential employment and internship opportunities. The Career Fair not only allows students to gain access to beneficial information regarding the working environment, but also enables new friendships to be born, emphasizing a strong sense of networking amongst not only companies but students as well. It is no surprise that this has been one of the most celebrated events by EMWDC.
